We are pleased to announce that we have reached a significant milestone, having dispatched our one millionth environmental report. The report was produced for financial services company, Curtis Banks, for a project in Waltham Cross and provided intelligence relating to the transfer of the Site into a SIPP fund.

In 16 years, Argyll Environmental has become a leader in the provision of environmental risk assessments, desktop reports and environmental consultancy services to the majority of the top 50 law firms.

Argyll is proud of its heritage and market firsts for the legal sector, including becoming the first – and still the only – provider of a fully consultant-assessed flood report and the first to launch a combined Contaminated Land and Flood report, as well as a combined Energy and Infrastructure report.

The very first report from Argyll was ordered by Paul Davies of Latham and Watkins, who was previously working at Macfarlanes. Commenting on the milestone, he said: “I am delighted to hear that today Argyll has delivered its one millionth report. It has been a privilege to have been involved from the outset, helping to launch the business, design the reporting template, order the first report and watch the business flourish both in terms of its existing report portfolio, and also as it looks to launch new innovative products.”

Chris Loaring, Managing Director of Argyll Environmental said: “We are excited to announce that today marks another landmark in Argyll Environmental’s journey as we have dispatched our one millionth environmental report. With a loyal, committed and energetic team we continue to innovate, improve, refine and diversify our product offerings with the valued opinions and support of our long standing clients."

We would like to thank all of our clients, suppliers and colleagues for their ongoing support. We look forward with excitement to the rest of 2020, where we will continue our record of producing market first due diligence products and services.
